Rectangular Or Circle Trampoline
There are various types of trampolines to get. Choosing between a rectangular and a circle trampoline is always a hard choice but if you know what you are buying it for then I don’t see any problem. Normally circle trampolines are used for fun and home use but rectangular trampolines are used by athletes and gymnasts. Circle and rectangular shaped trampolines are used by different people around the World for different purposes.
Many people use circle trampolines for fitness and fun activities. You will see many households have circle trampolines in their back garden. They use it for fun activities and some even use it for weight loss. Circle trampoline is better for home use because it does not generate as much bounce as the rectangular trampoline. Trampolines general helps people to improve their fitness. It also helps them in losing weight. You can find 8ft trampolines to 14ft trampolines for your home use from your local trampoline store.
Rectangular trampolines as mentioned above are designed for professional gymnasts/athletes. A typical rectangular trampoline generates bounce from 20 to 25 feet and sometimes even higher. The gymnasts have good body strength and it is necessary when you are jumping that high into the thin air to control your jumps. The most bounce is generated by European trampolines and after that it is the American made trampolines. A rectangular trampoline have a surface constructed of string which are attached to the bed are special springs which helps generate these high bounce.
In general rectangular trampoline is bigger than circle trampoline and also has more space. It also has more springs than circle hence it generates higher bounces than round trampolines. The bed is more thicker in rectangular trampoline than circle trampoline. Circle trampoline’s bed doesn’t stretch too much compare to rectangular, which is also the reason for it not generating high bounce. That is why it is good for home use.
